MODULE 5/6
It’s time to talk about making phone calls! To initiate calls, simply click on the phone button at the top right corner of your BatchDialer screen. You’ll see your campaigns listed to choose from. A magic wand icon denotes predictive dialer mode, while an eye icon indicates preview dialer mode. Remember, predictive dialing automatically calls multiple contacts, while preview dialing requires manual initiation for each call.
Starting with the preview dialer, click “join” to begin dialing. You’ll have full control over each call, manually dialing or advancing to the next lead. The contact card provides essential information for the conversation, including scripts and property details if applicable. Remember, call results dictate how contacts are categorized.
Once the call ends, categorize it using the provided options. Ensure that all relevant call results are added to the campaign settings for agents to use. For predictive dialing, the system automatically picks up calls based on campaign settings, rotating through contacts seamlessly. Upon answering, the contact card appears, facilitating conversations and categorization.
Be sure to utilize the follow-up call feature to schedule future engagements. Voice messages left by contacts can be accessed through the lead section through the chat bubble in the top right hand corner of the page, allowing for efficient callbacks.
By mastering these dialing modes and callback procedures, agents can streamline their calling process within BatchDialer, maximizing productivity and effectiveness.
Which campaign mode allows you to call contacts back?
Even if you primarily use the “predictive” mode option to dial through your campaigns, it is important to have at least one “preview” mode campaign to make manual calls when needed. The “preview” dial mode is the only mode that allows you to call someone specific back. Once a preview campaign is created, all you have to do to call someone back is click on the blue phone button in the top right hand corner, and click “join” on the preview campaign of your choice (the campaign doesn’t matter as you’re just going to be using it for the dial pad). Go to the contact you wish to call and either click on the phone number of theirs you’d like to call or manually type it in!
Where can you find voicemails that have been left by contacts?
When a contact leaves a voicemail for you and your team, the easiest place to find them is in the chat bubble in the top right hand corner of your screen , under “leads”.
Will BatchDialer populate the coordinating information automatically when a contact answers my call?
When you’re calling through a whole list of people throughout the day, you want to feel confident about the system showing you the proper information when you get connected. With BatchDialer, as soon as a contact answers your call, their information will immediately populate on your screen, allowing you to see who you’re talking to, read your script, see their property information and take notes.
