As a member, you have 7 days to initiate the return process from receiving a new lead. You can return a lead from within your lead portal.

Our team will take the necessary steps to verify your return. Please provide as much information as possible when filing a dispute to expedite the time it takes to process it. If a dispute is granted, a credit will be issued through our system for a replacement lead.
